• Opening of bank account and arrangement of direct debit of utility charges and local tax (IBI).
• As our client you will be attended in your own language, English by our bilingual professionals.
We also have our team of tax solicitors who would be happy to deal with your Income Tax Return payments every year (this is a legal obligation for the property you own in Spain). Moreover, we would like to offer you our legal assistance in making arrangements for your will in Spain, should you wish to do so. Your first visit with us is always free of charge.
